संवाददाताओं के प्रकार Types of Reporters

 

Introduction

·       A reporter is the smallest but most important part of a newspaper. The work of a reporter is compilation and writing of news, which is a very difficult task. He wanders from morning to evening in search of news. He then writes the compiled news in an impartial manner.

संवाददाता समाचार पत्र का सबसे छोटा किंतु सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अंग होता है। संवाददाता का कार्य समाचारों का संकलन तथा लेखन है, जो बहुत ही दुष्कर कार्य है। समाचार की तलाश में वह सुबह से शाम तक इधर-उधर भटकता रहता है। संकलित समाचार को निष्पक्ष भाव से लिखता है।

·       Given the importance of the reporter, he is called the nose, ear, and eye of the newspaper, because he ... discovers, digs ... smells, and ... fabricates the news. Whatever is published in the newspaper, it is the reporter behind it, who compiles the news in his beat, regardless of the weather.

संवाददाता के महत्व को देखते हुए उसे समाचार पत्र का नाक, कान और आंख कहा जाता है, क्योंकि वह समाचार को ...खोजता है, ...खोदता है, ...सूंघता है, और ...गढ़ता है। समाचार पत्र में जो भी कुछ प्रकाशित होता है, उसके पीछे संवाददाता ही होता है, जो मौसम की परवाह किये बगैर अपनी बीट में समाचार संकलन का कार्य करता है।

·       During training, the reporter should be told that news is a highly flammable substance, which can be destructive to use inadvertently or with corrupt intent. He should also tell that his work is highly respectable and of folk faith. He is a major part of a profession that has the ability to convert peace into war, joy to depression, love to hate and patriotism into treason.

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान संवाददाता को बता देना चाहिए कि समाचार एक अत्यंत ज्वलनशील पदार्थ है, जिसका असावधानी पूर्वक या दूषित इरादे से प्रयोग करना विध्वंसकारी हो सकता है। उसे यह भी बतला देना चाहिए कि उसका काम अति सम्मानजनक और लोकविश्वास का है। वह एक ऐसे पेशे का प्रमुख अंग है जिसमें शांति को युद्ध, हर्ष को विषाद, प्रेम को घृणा और देशभक्ति को देशद्रोहिता में बदलने की क्षमता होती है।

·       Seeing the importance of the reporter, it is said that The sun did not reach where the poet arrived. Where God does not reach, reporters reach there.  

संवाददाता के महत्व को देखते हुए कहा जाता है- जहां न पहुंचे रवि, वहां पहुंचे कवि। जहां न पहुंचे विधाता, वहां पहुंचे संवाददाता।

·       Normally the reporter has to act in his beat. He writes what he sees as news. In him, the sense of responsibility and efficiency increases automatically with experience.

·       सामान्यत: संवाददाता को अपनी बीट में कार्य करना पड़ता है। वह जो देखता है, उसी को समाचार के रूप में लिखता है। उसके अंदर उत्तरदायित्व का भाव और कार्य कुशलता अनुभव के साथ स्वत: बढ़ता जाता है।

Types of Reporters

The Media Institute has the following types of correspondents: -

मीडिया संस्थान में निम्न प्रकार के संवाददाता होते हैं :- 

·       Permanent Correspondent: This is a full-time employee. In return for his work, he gets pre-determined salary, gratuity and other facilities every month.

स्थायी संवाददाता : यह पूर्णकालिक कर्मचारी होता है। अपने कार्य के बदले प्रत्येक माह पूर्व निर्धारित वेतन, ग्रेच्युटी व अन्य सुविधाओं को प्राप्त करता है। 

·       Senior Correspondent: The first promotion of a permanent correspondent is the post of senior correspondent. While there is a benefit of increment along with promotions, the responsibilities also increase.

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता : स्थायी संवाददाता की पहली प्रोन्नति वरिष्ठ संवाददाता के पद पर होती है। प्रोन्नति के साथ जहां वेतन वृद्धि का लाभ मिलता है, वहीं जिम्मेदारियां भी बढ़ती है।

·       Chief Correspondent : Senior Correspondent becomes the Chief Correspondent by promotion. Liability also increases with increasing the post. Other correspondents work in its guidance.

मुख्य संवाददाता : वरिष्ठ संवाददाता प्रोन्नति कर मुख्य संवाददाता बनता है। पद बढऩे से दायित्व भी बढ़ जाता है। इसके मार्ग दर्शन में अन्य संवाददाता कार्य करते हैं।

·        Special Correspondent : Senior Correspondent is promoted to the rank of Special Correspondent. Sometimes experienced journalists are appointed directly to this post.

विशेष संवाददाता : वरिष्ठ संवाददाता की प्रोन्नति विशेष संवाददाता के पद पर होती है। इस पद पर कभी-कभी अनुभवी पत्रकारों की नियुक्ति सीधे कर ली जाती है। 

·       Temporary correspondent: It is not a full-time employee. Its main occupation is something else. Like teaching or advocacy. Nevertheless, the media receives a fixed honorarium from the institute in exchange for the work.

अस्थायी संवाददाता : यह पूर्णकालिक कर्मचारी नहीं होता है। इसका मुख्य पेशा कुछ और होता है। जैसे, अध्यापन या वकालत। फिर भी, कार्य के बदले मीडिया संस्थान से एक निश्चित मानदेय प्राप्त करता है।

·       Mofussil Correspondents or Stringer : Correspondents who live in small towns do the work of compiling and communicating news and receive a fixed honorarium in return.

मुफस्सिल संवाददाता (फुटकर अंशकालिक संवाददाता) : वे संवाददाता जो छोटे कस्बों में रहकर समाचार संकलन और सम्प्रेषण का कार्य करते हैं तथा इसके बदले में एक निश्चित मानदेय प्राप्त करते हैं।
